3 eggs
1 large can of pumpkin
1 c sugar
4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 small can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 yellow cake mix (not pudding variety)
1 1/2 cubes of butter
2 c pecans or almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, spices, salt and evaporated milk. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture. Slice butter and dot over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts evenly over the top.

Bake for 1 hour at 350º Cover with foil if top seems to be browning too quickly.
