1 C butter
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 C crushed pecans
2 1/2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
dash of salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugar, cream again and add eggs 1 at a time. Add nuts and dry ingredients. Roll into logs and refrigerate overnight. Slice into thin cookies and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 6 - 8 mins.

Uncle Ron calls these "Addictive Cookies".
Gramma would send a cookie tin filled with these cookies with Grampa and Uncle Cam when they would go fishing or hunting. They would sit in the truck and eat the whole works at one time.
