1 1/2 C. sour cream (16 oz. carton) (lite OK)
1 C. mayonnaise (lite OK)
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
8 oz. can waterchestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sour cream and mayo. Then add soup mix, waterchestnuts, onions and spinach. Blend well. Refrigerate 2 hours. Stir before serving. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
