1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
2 tbsp. butter or marg.
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. white sugar
3 cup flour
2 tsp Bread Machine Yeast



FILLING:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped pecans or raisins
GLAZE:
1 cup sifted icing sugar
4 to 5 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Add dough ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough/manual cycle . When dough is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary knead in enough flour to make the dough easy to handle. Roll into 20" X 9" rectangle. FILLING: melt butter, brush on dough. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar,cinnamon and pecans/raisins on dough. Roll up lightly pinch seam to seal. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Place cut side up in greased 9" square pan. Cover, let rise until doubled in size (30 to 45 minutes). Bake at 375ºF for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Cover with foil during the last 10 minutes to prevent excess browning. Remove from pan, cool on wire rack. Drizzle icing sugar glaze on rolls. ICING SUGAR GLAZE:
combine icing sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
