Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10" burrito size tortillas (about 5 or so)
1 can of refried beans
1.5 lbs. ground beef
taco seasoning
chopped tomatoes
shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and drain ground beef, add taco seasoning according to directions (usually you have to add some water).
2. In a 10" springform pan, place 1 tortilla and with a rubber spatula spread a thin layer of refried beans. Top with about 1/2 cup or so of the seasoned beef. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and cheese.
3. Repeat until you reach almost the top of the pan and finish off with a layer of cheese. Make sure the top layer of beans, beef and cheese totally covers the tortilla so it doesn't dry out in the oven.
4. Put into a 350-degree oven about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubby. Wait a few minutes and pop off the sides of the springform pan and cut into triangles (like a cake).
5. Put one or two slices on a plate and top with you choice of lettuce, fresh tomato, extra cheese, sour cream, guacamole, or whatever you normally put on a taco.
