2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat sugar and eggs until pale and thick; stir in oil. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 13x9" pan. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.

2. For frosting, beat cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla and mix.
