6 granny smith apples
2 lbs. caramels
3 lbs. milk chocolate
6 oz. chopped nuts or heath
white chocolate

40 granny smith apples
8 lbs. caramel
10 lbs. milk chocolate
2 lbs. white chocolate
chopped nuts, heath, sprinkles, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash apples, insert sticks. Make sure apples are at room temperature before dipping.

Melt caramel in double-boiler. Dip all apples (one at a time) in caramel, put on parchment lined pan to cool. Repeat process, only dipping in milk chocolate. Sprinkle apples with either, nuts, heath, or sprinkles immediately before chocolate hardens. Let apples cool completely. Drizzle with white chocolate.

Note: you can add 1-2 tbsp. of water to caramel, if too thick.
