3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
1 1/3 cups milk (or water)
2/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients, and then add liquid all at once. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Sprinkle board generously with flour. Turn mixture out on floured board & knead 4 - 5 times. Divide in 2 parts, pat each into an 8 inch circle. Cut each circle in 6 - 8 wedges, place on baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 12 - 15 minutes, until lightly browned.

Very quick and almost guilt free - "healthy fats"!
You can substitute all or part whole wheat flour, the biscuits will be a little more dense.
