1 medium onion, chopped
3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 1/4 # ground beef
1/2 C raw rice (can substitute Orzo which is rice shaped pasta)
1 C carrots, chopped
1 C celery, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Into a buttered 2.5 quart oven proof dish layer ingredients (except tomato soup) in order listed, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine 1 cup boiling water with tomato soup and pour over ingredients. Bake 3 hours at 300º.
