1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 cups of sifted flour
1/2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 lb (4 oz) each of red and green cherries
1/4 lb each of red and green pineapple
2 1/2 cups of seedless white raisins
1 1/2 lbs pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fruit and nuts and dredge (mix) in the extra 1/2 cup flour. Cream together sugar and butter; then add eggs, beat lightly and stir in the milk. Blend in dry ingredients until completely mixed

Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. (Dough will stick to spoon, just push it onto the cookie sheet) Bake at 275º for 40 minutes.

Use a large mixing bowl...it makes a lot of cookie mix. 8-10 dozen.
