2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin (1 can)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Frosting:
1 tbsp. milk
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter melted
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, oil, baking soda and flour. Then add beaten eggs folded in, pumpkin, salt, vanilla,cinnamon and nuts. Put in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Creating the frosting. Mix powdered sugar, melted butter, cream cheese and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour over cooked cake. May omit the nuts if using frosting.
