6 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups milk
1 can green chilies
1 tsp dry mustard
3 or 4 slices bread torn into chunks
1/2 lb sharp cheddar
1 lb sausage browned and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Add sausage and cheese. Lightly fold in bread chunks. Refrigerate overnight in a 9 x 13 Pyrex. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until set.
