Directions:
To the cabbage in a pretty salad bowl, "zest" w/no whites in the zest 3 gorgeous limes (fluff into salad evenly)....set aside...in a processor, put mayo, sugar, and lime juice....process. Set aside dressing and allow each guest to add their own dressing .. do not "mix in" like many coleslaw's...this is to be eaten "fresh."

Personal Notes:
Expect to be "surprised" on this one .. and do not mix the dressing with the salad .. good next day too unless you mix it .. it is easy on the waistline and perky compared to most. I "accidentally" did this after a few glasses of Chardonnay one night. You can also do it w/halved fresh green or purple seedless grapes for a different touch or chopped green onions.
