1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp. water
1/2 cup soft butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. (5 oz. each chocolate covered thin mints)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well all ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Helps if you grease your hands. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Immediately press in mint into center of each cookie. Cool 2 minutes before removing from sheet
