2 c. sugar
1 c. soft butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
5-6 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add sour cream, soda and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Gradually stir in flour to make a smooth cookie dough. Dough will be soft, so chill about 1 hour. Roll on floured board and cut out.

Bake at 350ºF for 6-10 minutes, until edges start to turn golden brown.
