1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted cake flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven 350º

Cream the butter until smooth gradually beat in the sugar, add 1 tsp of vanilla and beat again until fluffy, gently stir in the sifted cake flour mixing well until it forms a dough. Fold in the nuts..pinch off small portions (about the size of a quarter) place on ungreased cookie sheet and gently press in the center with dampened fingers. Bake about 7 min cookies will be LIGHT in color and very delicate. When cool dip one end into melted white or dark chocolate.
