Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add oil & water and mix with the flour and salt. Knead well to make a soft dough. Let stand covered for 10 minutes. Roll out thinly and cut out rounds with a glass or empty tin can. Fill with your favourite filling and drop into salted boiling water. When they rise to the top, remove with a slotted spoon and place in a casserole dish or into a frying pan with butter and onions. These freeze well after boiling by placing in a single layer on a cooking sheet and freeze solid before placing in ziplock bags to store in freezer.
