6 medium potatoes (or a bag of Frozen hashbrowns -thawed)
1/2 cup Butter
pint of sour cream
1 can of cream if chicken soup
1/3 cup green onions
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
1/3 cup of crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes - when cool shred or cut up and put in a 9x13 pan. In a saucepan heat butter and soup until melted, blend in cheese, onion and sour cream until melted and is a creamy sauce. Mix in well with potatoes. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Cover and Cook for 45 min @ 350.

Usually serve with sliced Ham.

This is well known in Idaho as "Funeral Potatoes" - it is served at every funeral luncheon...I call it All occasion because we also have it at most any and all get togethers where many people need to be served. It is always a favorite!
