4 1/2 chicken breast, bone 'in' and skin 'off',
Salt and pepper,
1 T. olive oil,
1 T. butter,
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup,
1/2 cup white wine,
1/4 cup green pepper, sliced in 1 inch pieces,
1 can water chestnuts, sliced.

Dry and season chicken breast and season. In metal skillet (Not non-stick surface) melt butter, add oil. Over medium heat, brown chicken. Turn and brown other side. (Do not cook the meat, only brown it) Remove chicken from pan and place in glass baking dish. Without wiping out frying pan, add peppers, soup, wine, chestnuts then scrape pan to deglaze. Mix and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and back for 20 more minutes. Serve chicken breasts and gravy over hot rice.
