1/2 tsp creme of tarter
8 oz heavy whipping cream
12 tsp granulated sugar

Directions:
Whip the heavy whipping cream and creme of tarter on medium until mix begins to thicken, then increase speed. Begin to gradually add the sugar a little at a time. Whip until stiff peaks form. CAUTION: the difference between whip cream and butter is a fraction of time, watch what you are doing.
