1 pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 pkg. pesto mix (or prepared pesto)
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped (fresh or canned is fine)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan-Romano cheese

Preheat oven to 425º.
Fold pizza dough in half and press into cookie sheet until flattened out and even. With wooden spoon, make impressions along dough but do not puncture. Spread pesto sauce over dough and sprinkle olives, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes over dough evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes.
