1 1/2 cups crushed Fire Crackers (appetizer recipe)
2 pieces Mahi-Mahi (or other firm whitefish)
2 tbs butter
1 egg (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 350. Melt butter in pan
2) Dip fish in egg, and then coat in cracker crumbs
3) Saute coated fish in butter 2-3 minutes on each side (or until browned)
4) Place in coated dish and bake 10-15 more min, or until fish flakes
