1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 - 2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Best to use heavy pan. Melt butter and brown sugar on low heat for 2 minutes. Stir in milk. Cook until mixture is boiling. Cool to room temperature. Using mixer beat in powdered sugar. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread to buttered pan. Chill then cut.
