4 to 6 Large Chicken breast boiled
1 large onion
1 1/2 garlic clove
2 ( 8oz ) cream cheese
1 ( 32oz ) picante sauce mild
1 stick butter
1 lb shredded mexican blend cheese
1 pkg large flour tortillas
1/2 to 1 tbl or to taste fajita or enchilata seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and saute onion and garlic. Add 1/2 picante sauce and cream cheese melt. Chop/ shred chicken. Add chicken and fajita or enchilata seasoning. Roll mix into 10 flour tortillas- line in 18 by 12 roasting pan. pour what is left in jar or wanted amount of picante sauce on top then top with shredded cheese and cook in oven until cheese is melted
