Ahi Tuna steak(Sushi grade) not Mahi Mahi
Oil or Grill

Opt condiments: hot chili Sauce, Mayonnaise with Curry Powder and Lemon Juice, Wasabi, pickled Ginger,or just Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sear tuna on both sides in hot oil in cast iron pan or on preheated grill. Remove to plate, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes. Slice thin and serve with optional condiments.

Good served with a rice dish or Acorn or Hubbard Squash and sliced tomatoes that have marinated overnight in Balsamic Vinegar and sugar.
