3-4 T. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic (several cloves)
Old French bread soaked in water
6 eggs

Directions:
This is a recipe Mom recalled from her childhood. It is pronounced "asorda":

Saute garlic cloves in olive oil
Saute bread in olive oil.
Add water to keep more like soup than mush.
Add parsley and cook.
Add piripiri to taste
Break 6 eggs into Acorda
Let cook for a few minutes
