1pkg Duncan Hines Chocolate Cake Mix
1 tbsp oil
2-8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 sm. containers cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Reserve 1 cup cake mix. In large bowl , combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg & oil ( mixture will be crumbly) . Press mixture in greased 13 x 9 pan, going up the sides 3/4 of the way. In the same bowl, combine sugar & cream cheese. Add 3 eggs and reserve cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed, then at lower speed until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until center is firm. Cool, spread desired amount of cool whip on top. Keep refrigerated.
