1 yellow cake mix,
1 40z. can of crushed pineapple, not drained,
1/2 cup sugar,
1 6oz. instant vanilla pudding mix,
1 cup whipping cream,
Flake coconut.
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed in 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine pineapple and sugar and bring to boil, cool slightly. When cake is cool poke holes in it with a fork. Pour pineapple over it. Prepare pudding mix as directed on box. and spread over top and chill. Spread sweetened whip cream on top of cake and then top with coconut.
