2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 C. crushed Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hashbrowns with butter, sour cream, soup, onion, salt and pepper. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Last 15 minutes of baking, top with crushed cornflake crumbs mixed with 1/4 C. melted butter or margarine.
