1 Yellow Cake Mix,
1 small French Vanilla Puddling Mix,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 tsp lemon zest
4 eggs,
1 cup sour cream,
1/2 cup buttery flavored cooking oil or melted butter,
1/2 cup Cream Sherry,
1/3 cup poppy seeds.
Glaze:
2 T butter, melted,
1/2 cup sugar,
2 T. water,
3 T. Cream Sherry,
1 T. lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Combing all ingredients in a large mixing bowl to blend. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Put into large bundt pan, angel food cake pan or mini bundt pans plus a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. then 325 degrees for about 30 min. more. Cool 10 min then remove from pan, glaze then cool on rack 15 min. before cutting.
Glaze:
Place ingredients in sauce pan and heat. Pour over warm cake.
