3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (4 peeled & boiled)
1. tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, and eggs. Put mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole. Combine remaining ingredients. except pecans. Spread over sweet potatoes, then top with pecans. Bake for 30 minutes.
