1 can Mexicorn
2 c. Co-Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
5 oz. mayonnaise
1 jalapeños, small can diced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased quiche dish or small baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, until browned on top. Serve with taco chips.
