14 sheets Phyllo dough
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
12 oz cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp dried dill
2 scallions
1 medium onion, diced
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
5 eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Saute onions and scallions until tender. Set aside. Drain frozen spinach (squeeze to remove excess water). Mix onions, spinach, cheeses, pepper, eggs, and butter.

Brush a 13x9 pan with melted butter. Lay 1 sheet of phyllo dough in prepared baking pan, and brush lightly with butter. Lay another sheet of phyllo dough on top, brush with butter, and repeat process with two more sheets of phyllo. The sheets will overlap the pan. Spread spinach and cheese mixture into pan and fold overhanging dough over filling. Brush with butter, then layer remaining sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with oil. Tuck overhanging dough into pan to seal filling.

Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes.
