1 chicken cut in pieces
2 tomatoes
1 large onion
1 tbsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
5 bay leaves
2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp accent
1 can sweet peas
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions and tomatoes into medium pieces. Cook in 2 tsp oil on medium heat. Add garlic. Smash tomatoes when they have softened. Add chicken, soy sauce, bay leaves, pepper, accent. Add the liquid from the sweet peas. Cook for 45 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add sweet peas. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
