1 lb breakfast sausage meat
flour
milk
sage
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet fry sausage until cooked through and browned. Lift out the sausage reserving the fat. To the fat add an equal amount of flour. Cook until bubbly and well incorporated. Add in sage and pepper to taste. Add in milk bit by bit until you have a gravy to a desired consistency. Add back in the sausage and heat through. Serve over your favourite biscuits with scrambled eggs on the side.
