2 lb. good quality beef cubes (bite sized)
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 pkg. onion soup mix
3/4 c. dry vermouth
1/2 c. good red wine
4 oz. chopped mushrooms

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in covered large roasting pan. Put in 325º oven for 3 hours.
Serve with buttered noodles.
