Ingredients:  
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 cup luke warm water
1 c.milk scalded,
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (well beaten eggs)
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. graded orange rind
5 cups flour
Filling;
grind 1 cup raisins
3 cups walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
soften yeast in luke warm water, combine scalded milk,shortening,sugar,salt
add 2 eggs,orange juice,and graded orange peel
add flour to rest of ingre.mix to soften dough
cover let stand for 10 min.knead dough 5-10 min. on flour surface.let rise till double in size(about 2 hrs.)punch down and let stand for 15 min.roll out dough add filling,sprinkle with 1/2 cup sagar&cinnamon(if desired)
roll up dough like a bread loaf,and put in loaf pan, let rise
bake 350 º 40 min.
frost with chocolate frosting
