1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and beat until creamy. Beat in sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder until mixed. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Roll dough thin, cut into desired shapes. Bake @ 375º for 8 to 19 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar with water and vanilla so that it is a little runny.
