1 28 oz. can Hormel beef tamales
1 chopped onion
32 oz. beef broth
1 can pinto beans (and liquid)
1 can corn (and liquid)
1 can yellow hominy (and liquid)
1 can black beans (drain and rinse or they will turn your soup dark)
1 can original Rotel
1 T. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1/4 t. garlic salt
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth and onion in a large pot. Add everything else except tamales. Simmer for an hour. Cut the tamales in bite-sized pieces. Add the tamales and liquid about 10 minutes before serving.
