4 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar
2/3 c sweeted canned milk (1/2 c Eagle brand, not evaporated)
1 tsp peppermint flavoring
Peanut butter (nutty grind)
Few grains salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and milk, add peppermint and salt. Knead until smooth and creamy. Cut dough in half and turn onto board that has been sprinkled lightly with additional powdered sugar. Roll to 1/8 inch thick square or rectangle. Spread with peanut butter. Roll as a jelly roll. Wrap in wax paper and let stand overnight. Slice and serve.
