1 package cream cheese
1 package chopped spinach thawed/drained
8 oz parmesan cheese
1 can artichokes, drained and chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 chopped yellow onion
butter
season with salt, pepper, and dill(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large coated frying pan, saute in butter, onion, then add garlic and saute until onion is translucent. Add in cream cheese and blend. Then add spinach, artichokes, and 1/2 parmesan cheese and blend. Place mixture in a small casserole dish, cook 30 minutes at 300º. Add remaining parmesan cheese on top and cook another 10 minutes
