Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can yellow corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 box cornbread/muffin mix
8 oz bag cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream

Directions:
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Pour mixture in a casserole dish. Cook at 300 degrees until done in center, about 30 minutes. Then add layer of cheddar cheese on top and cook 10-15 minutes more. The only trick is the center must be cooked, but the top soft enough for cheese to sink in. Yummy!
