Crust:
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter ( 1 stick), melted and cooled
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans chopped


Middle:
1 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip (that was set aside)
2 - 3 oz. boxes of chocolate or butterscotch instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
16 oz. cool whip (thawed)

Crust: Mix all crust ingredients together. Press into 9x12 baking pan. Bake at 375º for 7 minutes or until light brown. Let cool completely.

Middle: Add 1 tsp. vanilla to cool whip. Set 1 c. aside. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 c. cool whip (that was set aside) using electric mixer. Spread this mixture over crust and refrigerate until cool. Mix pudding mix and milk with mixer as per pudding instructions and spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set well . Spread remaining cool whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle with pecan. Serve cold.
