Boneless chicken breast cut up
carrots, cut up
snow peas, cut up
lemon juice
honey
soy sauce
vegetable broth
cornstarch
stir fry noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in the soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey for about 30 minutes. Save marinate. Brown chicken, Add peas and carrots. Add cornstarch to marinade and the vegetable broth then pour in with chicken. Once it thickens its done.

Serve with rice or noodles.
