2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper( optional)
ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
16 oz tomato sauce
1 can (15oz) black beans
1 can corn
1 can chopped green chilies
flour tortillas
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn and green chilies. Mix well. Stir in all the spices except red pepper. Bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer. Add red pepper if desired.

Lay out tortillas on bottom of baking dish. Spread beef mixture on tortillas. Top with tortillas, overlapping if necessary. Repeat with the rest of beef mixture and tortillas.

Bake @ 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until heated through.

We usually leave out the beans and add more hamburger meat. My kindergartners love it.
