I bag kraut
1 med.size onion (minced)
5-6 potatoes
salt & pepper

Fry bacon (crisp) drain,
brown onion in bacon grease,stir untillight brown.
drain kraut well. add to onion in fry pan along with bacon. stir often until light brown 29 nin.add salt & pepper to taste. Boil potatoes and mash. add kraut mixture put into 9x13 baking dish/pan and bake at 350şBake covered for 30-40 min.
