1 lb. ground beef,
3 carrots, peeled and cut in 2 inch lengths,
2 celery stocks, cut in 2 inch lengths,
1 medium onion, chopped,
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed,
1 can #2 diced tomatoes,
1 can 'shoe pig' corn (white corn),
1 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce,
1/2 tsp. Lauries seasoning (Garlic and herbs)

Directions:

Brown meat in skillet, add vegetables, canned tomatoes and corn then seasonings. Cook gently until vegetables are tender and liquid is minimal. Adjust seasonings and serve.
