1 onion, chopped
1/2 c milk
1 egg
3/4 c seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp dried basil
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine milk and egg in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs, basil, parsley, and pepper. Stir until blended. Add onion and beef; mix until blended. Shape beef mixture into prepared pan.
For Topping: Combine 1 Tbsp barbeque sauce, 2 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbsp honey, and 1 Tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spread over the meat loaf. Bake meat loaf for 1 hour. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
