3 C (375 g) of cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick of butter, melted
4 C milk (heated)
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Heat milk.
In a glass or metal bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until they can hold a stiff peak. Set aside. First mix together the flour, baking powder & salt. Add egg yolks, melted better and beat until smooth. Gently fold in egg whites.
Put a tbsp of vegetable oil in the bottom of each Aebleskiver pan cup (Abelskiver pan have several half spheres and can be found in any kitchen store). Heat oil until hot. Pour about 2 tbsp of batter into each cup. As soon as they get bubbly around the edge, turn them quickly with a long knitting needle or chopstick (sounds harder than it is). Continue cooking and turning the ball to keep from burning. Keep warm in a 200º oven until all are cooked. Serve with powdered sugar, Lingonberry jam and fruit.
