4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Sirloin or round steak
Flour for dredging
Shortening
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 cans water
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs and milk in a bowl.
Dip tenderized sirloin or round steak in egg/milk mixture and place into pan with flour. Flour both sides of meat.

Put shortening in a skillet. When grease is melted add steak to skillet. When browned, removed and put into baking pan.

After all meat has been browned, drain the grease from skillet but keep the meat crumbs. Add cans of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup and water. Add kitchen bouquet. Stir together until thickened. Pour over meat and bake for 2 hours at 300º.
